We make every effort to get your order shipped to you as quickly and accurately as possible. If at any time you have a problem, please call us or email us imediately. All orders are shipped FedEx Ground or FedEx Freight. We only ship to destinations inside the United States and Canada. If you would like to know the status of your order, you can log in to your account at any time and check the status.
If your item arrives and is damaged or broken, you must notify us within two business days. Save all packaging! We will contact FedEx and they will process a claim on the package. We will reship your order when the claim has been filed. All of our equipment carries a manufacturer's warranty. |
